Oben Medical provided full design consulting services, including interior design. We managed the permitting process and completed the turnkey build. The project involved an interior alteration to one of the demised tenant spaces, totaling approximately 5,300 square feet of usable space.  

Oben Medical provided full design consulting services, including interior design. We managed the SPA and permitting process and completed the turnkey build. This project involved converting an existing 30,000-square-foot industrial space into a medical building. The building was downsized to meet the parking requirements set by the Town of Oakville guidelines. The endoscopy clinic occupied approximately 9,800 square feet, with the remaining space divided accordingly.
