The building was downsized to meet the parking requirements set by the Town of Oakville guidelines. The endoscopy clinic occupied approximately 9,800 square feet, with the remaining space divided accordingly.

The project involves an existing building, where we are demolishing a portion to accommodate additional surface parking. The demolished area will be rebuilt by adding a second floor within the existing building footprint. Originally, the building was slated for full demolition to make way for a new ground-up build. However, when the project was introduced to Oben Build, it was deemed unviable due to being over budget. Oben Build Inc. recommended an alternative approach by repurposing the existing structure. Through our internal expertise, we successfully salvaged the project and brought it under budget.
