The client purchased a two-storey commercial unit for the clinic, and our scope also included the supply of medical stretchers. The facility is the first newly built endoscopy clinic in Ontario to be inspected under the new accreditation standards. Oben Build Inc. also assisted the physician in identifying a suitable location, conducting feasibility studies on multiple sites to determine the best option, and working with the broker and landlord to finalize the transaction.
