Oben Medical provided full design consulting services, including interior design. We managed the permitting process and are currently completing the turnkey build. The project involves an interior alteration to one of the demised tenant spaces, totaling approximately 4,620 square feet of usable space. Additionally, Oben Build Inc. assisted the doctor in finding a suitable location, conducting feasibility studies on multiple sites to determine the best option. We also collaborated with the broker and landlord to finalize the lease agreement.

Oben Medical is providing full design consulting services (including interior design). We are currently managing the full SPA and permitting process while completing the turnkey build. The project involves an existing building, where we are demolishing a portion to accommodate additional surface parking. The demolished area will be rebuilt by adding a second floor within the existing building footprint. Originally, the building was slated for full demolition to make way for a new ground-up build. However, when the project was introduced to Oben Build, it was deemed unviable due to being over budget. Oben Build Inc. recommended an alternative approach by repurposing the existing structure. Through our internal expertise, we successfully salvaged the project and brought it under budget.
